The Use of Apps in the Classroom

I have discovered while doing research for this class that there are a lot of useful apps out there for students! One app I decided to include in one of my projects was the Magic School Bus Dinosaurs app. This app stood out to me because I specifically remember reading about the Magic School Bus series and watching the videos on VRC. It still amazes me how far things can develop. The Magic School Bus series has a lot of different apps teachers and students can discover as well. I really enjoy how they have many different apps about many different topics which are based off of a real book. I consider myself old fashioned and like to have things in my hands yet so the fact I can have both the book in my hand and the app on an iPad really appeals to me.
